    You can park in the car park directly at the Hans-Herrmann-Halle until 8:30 a.m.

  • athlete identification

    The start number is written on the back of the hand with a permanent marker during the bike check-in.

  • TIMETABLE incl. START TIMES

    Please pay particular attention to the end times!

  • Rolling-Start

      There is a rolling start. In the pre-start area, each participant lines themselves up (sorted according to swimming times). 3 participants stand next to each other (8 m from the waterline) and go into the water every 5 seconds.

  • car key storage

    Anyone who wishes can hand in their car keys on the day of the competition from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the Hans-Herrmann-Halle when they collect their starting documents (only the keys, no liability).

DAY LICENSE only Olympic individual starters

The daily license fee of €20 must be paid in cash when collecting the starting documents if no DTU start pass is available.

If the DTU start pass cannot be presented when collecting the start documents, the day license must be paid in cash.

RE-REGISTRATION

Transferring to another participant is possible free of charge until May 31, 2025, provided that there are still sufficient starting places available in the new competition.

From 01.06.25, a change of registration is subject to a processing fee of 10,- € and is possible if there are available places.

Differences in entry fees resulting from a change of competition, e.g. from Olympic to Sprint, will not be refunded.

The difference in the entry fee when changing from Sprint to Olympic must be transferred by the participant.

The entry fee scale valid at the time of re-registration applies.

Re-registrations will ONLY be processed if COMPLETE data is provided (first and last name, email, gender, year of birth, club if applicable, start pass yes/no)!

UNSUBSCRIBE

Until April 30, 2025, refund of the entry fee and ordered event shirt minus 10€ processing fee.

No repayment possible from 01.05.2025.

It is not possible under any circumstances to transfer the starting place to the following year’s event.

(To do this, use the option to re-register with another starter).

Directions and Parking

  • Until 8:30 amYou can access the parking lot directly at the Hans-Herrmann-Halle.
  • After 8:30 this access is closed.
  • Afterwards you have to park in the town.
  • Please arrive on time and allow enough time.
  • Everyone wants to check in and you save yourself unnecessary stress.
